Police face daunting legal challenges in performing their day-to-day duties in serving and protecting the public. Ensure you have an up-to-date understanding on how to avoid running afoul of criminal or disciplinary action when executing these duties.
Developed in conjunction with leading Crown prosecutors – with years of experience conducting criminal trials involving police officers as defendants – and a law enforcement officer with 20+ years of on- the- ground experience, this new and unique OsgoodePD program brings together a cross-section of the top counsel and Police from across the country.
Over the course of two-half day sessions, this intensive, high-level national symposium will focus on the most critical and challenging areas of concern in policing, involving the individual officer and the criminal justice system. You will get the rare opportunity to learn from the experts on the essential, tactical strategies Officers need to remain compliant.
