Focused on the practical, this Osgoode Certificate is delivered in a live, online format, giving you the opportunity to learn from and network with the leading experts in procurement law from across Canada

Over the course of five (5) modules, you will apply critical concepts in interactive workshops. Marilyn Brown

Marilyn Brown has over 20 years of legal experience, with a practice dedicated to government contracting and public procurement law. Marilyn spent the first 10 years of her career as in-house counsel at the City of Toronto, providing legal services to the City’s Procurement Division, followed by 10 years as senior legal counsel at the Procurement Law Office. In 2021, Marilyn joined LXM Law where she practices in partnership with two other experienced commercial, contracting, and public procurement lawyers, Marilyn Clarke and Lise Patry. Marilyn provides legal services to many public sector entities across Canada, working closely with her client’s procurement professionals, senior management teams, and in-house legal counsel. During her many years of practice, she has reviewed and drafted countless procurement by-laws, policies, procedures, and RFx documents, and has provided legal advice and support on hundreds of major procurement projects.
