The substitution and cancellation policy varies depending on the program and/or product being purchased. Please refer to the program brochure or program webpage for program specific information. ALL substitution and/or cancellation requests MUST be received in writing by emailing osgoodepd@osgoode.yorku.ca. Administrative charges may apply and are subject to HST.
